The design of this sushi restauranttries to be as simple, clean and open as possible. Aesthetically ittries to create a sober environment with low lighting levels,natural colores and a tendency toward simple materials. Thedesign´s value lies in formal aspects and not in the use of costlyor ostentatious materials.

The space is divided into two mainareas.  The kitchen is located toward the back and occupies athird of the space, it is divided into several working areas. Thefront of the restaurant represents the main restaurant space withtables in varying configurations for the clients. The ceiling iscovered by an installation of koi fish with varying colors andsizes mounted on acrylic in a grid like formation which areilluminated with exposed light bulbs at low lighting levels.
